The My 050 service depends on your Internet environment. It may not be available depending on network conditions. A slow internet connection may affect the quality of the calls. The app cannot be used with Wi-Fi routers or networks that restrict the use of VoIP applications.

- if the same problem occurs with both Wi-Fi and 3G/4G/LTE networks. If it only occurs in one of the connection types, this is a restriction problem. Brastel does not provide support for restricted networks.
- the speed of your network connection (estimated speed is 1 Mbps or more). If the speed is less than 1 Mbps, you might experience audio issues or disconnection.
